Garlic Stuff is an intensely flavored garlic spread. It is made with Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, Fresh Garlic, Chives and other interesting spices for a very unique flavor. I add no preservatives.. Garlic Stuff was created in my kitchen on Cape Cod about 20 years ago.
You can spread it on crackers, bread, use as a fresh veggie dip, on a baked potato, tossed with hot pasta, added to mashed potatoes. I have even added fresh cooked shellfish to the mix, shrimp, crab or lobster. Note that when you add shellfish to the mix it should be used up the same day as it greatly diminishes the normal shelf life of 2-3 months I hope that you will enjoy Garlic Stuff as much as my friends and I do. |
