Firemen Appreciation Luncheon at Quality Self Storage

Tables were set up inside so as not to take any chances with the weather

A big cake waited patiently to be cut and served to all that visited

The girls from "All About You Salon" Showed up with lots of goodies

All the volunteers for this event at Quality Self Storage were ready to greet and serve the firemen that were expected for this great lunch

Firemen started to show up shortly after 11 am

And Kids Creating Change were there to greet them at the door

Then they enjoyed a very delicious lunch which included some excellent home cooked chicken Bar-BQ sandwiches with all the trimmings

Everyone was invited to sign the giant "Thank You" card


While others just sat around	looking pretty :)


Or played with	their toys :)

ABC 7 News was there to get the story

When the big 71 Engine showed up they had to block traffic on
776 to get this giant machine backed into the parking lot

Everyone got some flashy pink beads when they arrived

And everyone enjoyed a great lunch

When the first crew was finished their lunch I invited them outside for a portrait

Some wanted a private portrait with the firefighters

And then of course... everyone wanted to be in it :)

Of course Kathy Kalvan, manager of Quality Self Storage
got a little extra attention from the guys :)

While the next crew stopped in and had a nice lunch

Service with a Smile... not to mention some really sexy plastic gloves :)
